Indigo Drilling Limited is a Nigerian company, which delivers best-in-class deepwater drilling services offshore Nigeria. Indigo operates Transocean's rigs in Nigeria and is a member of the Transocean group of companies. The company is jointly owned by Transocean and its local Nigerian partners, Chima Ibeneche and Fidelis Oditah, SAN. Mr. Oditah is the Chairman of Indigo's Board of Directors.
